All sales final. Hyping.ai is a digital download delivered immediately on payment. Once you have access to the kit files, refunds cannot be issued.
1. Why no refunds
Hyping.ai is a download-once, keep-forever product. The moment a payment succeeds we serve you a signed URL to the kit archive. There is no way to "return" digital files, so we cannot offer refunds on a goodwill basis without abuse.
This is clearly disclosed on every purchase button, the pricing page, and at checkout. By purchasing you agree to this policy.
2. Exceptions we honour
We will issue a full refund in these specific cases. DM @kekius_builder on X within 7 days of purchase with order details:
- Accidental double charge — same kit purchased twice within 24 hours by the same account.
- Unauthorised charge — payment made by someone other than the cardholder. Bank chargeback is preferred; refund is faster.
- Service did not deliver — payment cleared but you cannot access the kit files after 24 hours and our support cannot fix it.
- Defective files — the bundle is corrupted or unusable. We will replace before considering refund.
3. What is NOT a refund reason
- You changed your mind.
- The kit does not meet expectations not explicitly stated on the product page.
- You are unable to use the kit due to your own setup, environment, or skill level.
- You no longer want the kit after using it for a period.
- A future update of the kit removes features you relied on.
4. How to request a refund (eligible cases)
- DM @kekius_builder on X within 7 days of purchase.
- Include: Stripe receipt ID, account email, and which exception applies.
- We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days via Stripe.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may dispute it with Stripe and provide evidence of delivery (download logs, signed URL timestamps). We may also terminate your account and revoke access. Please reach out to us first — we'd rather sort it out directly.
6. EU consumer rights
EU customers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This right does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)). Clicking "Get Developer Kit" / "Get Marketing Kit" / "Get the Bundle" constitutes that consent.
